Our accelerator model is designed for young businesses but the Business Basics™ model can be adapted to any business no matter their size and age.
The delivery remains On-Line for the most part, to keep costs down, but we start with a more diagnostic approach when a company has been trading for a number of years.
To help SME businesses evolve, we need to understand where you are, what your ambitions and resources are, what progress you have made to date and where the problems lie in implementing your ideas. By understanding the business in this way, we are better placed to help.
We operate on a fixed hour rate and can provide a tailored approach to helping your business move forward but applying the same principles and model as within our Start-Up Accelerator.
In some instances, we will use more than one coach because having the benefit of more than one person looking at problems and opportunities can have a greater impact for a similar budget.
